Who Is FYDI Global

The global BPO service provider and call center, FYDI, was established in 2018 and is headquartered in Tustin, California. Since its establishment, it has provided multilingual call center services and comprehensive business process outsourcing (BPO) for numerous well-known companies worldwide.

FYDI operates eleven centers in eight countries: the United States, Ecuador, Mexico, Egypt, Indonesia, and Morocco. These centers have a total of approximately 4,000 seats and employ more than 4,000 professionals from over 40 nationalities. FYDI offers 24/7 support in languages such as Spanish, English, Chinese, Arabic, and French, among others.
